Reservation FAQ Reservation, Amendment & Cancellation Information

CURRENCY:

Qs:   Which currencies are accepted at your hotel?

Ans: We accept all major currencies such as USD, EUR, GBP, SGD or MMK. The exchange rate will be decided by the hotel policy.

Qs:   Which credit cards do you accept?

Ans: We accept Mastercard, Visa, Union Pay, JCB and MPU.

OCCUPANCY:

Qs: When do we have to pay for an extra bed?

Ans: If you book for one extra guest more than the default occupancy, you will need to pay for an extra bed. For Superior and Deluxe Rooms, the default occupancy is two guests and For Suite Rooms, it is three guests.

Qs: If I purchase for a room but plan to occupy one guest below the default occupancy, can I refund for one guest?

Ans: No, you can’t refund for the unused occupancy.

Qs:  We are traveling with our baby, can you arrange a cot?

Ans: Yes, we can arrange a cot, free of charge if you need.

Qs:   My child is over 12 years old but he/she would like to use existing bed. Do I need an extra bed?

Ans: Children above 12 years old will be considered as adults and will require an extra bed by policy.

Qs:  My child is under 12 years old, do we need an extra bed?

Ans: If you use existing beds, you don’t require an extra bed.

Qs: How much do you charge for an extra bed?

Ans: We charge USD 20.00 for an extra bed.

Qs: How much do you charge for extra breakfast?

Ans: We charge USD10.00 per person for extra breakfast.

ROOM INFORMATION:

Qs: What’s the difference between Superior Rooms and Deluxe Rooms?

Ans: Their room sizes are the same. Deluxe rooms are corner rooms and have more windows and come with a bathtub and bath robes.

Qs: What’s the difference between Deluxe Rooms and Suite Rooms?

Ans: Our Suite rooms are much bigger in size (min 51 sq meters) compared to Superior or Deluxe rooms (13 sq meters).

Qs: Are you rates competitive?

Ans: We can offer the best prices since you are buying direct from the supplier. Just email us @ reservation@tgnshotel.com with your details to negotiate the price.

AMENDMENT & CANCELLATION:

Qs: Can we amend our bookings free of charge?

Ans: You can amend your bookings but amendment fees may be applicable. Kindly refer to our terms and conditions for details.

Qs: Can we cancel our bookings free of charge?

Ans: You can cancel your bookings but cancellation fees may be applicable. Kindly refer to our terms and conditions for details.
